Choose "Start" if you mainly need the address. Your post is received, and you get an email for each item. You know what arrived, but you do not read it.
Choose "Scan" if you need to read the letters. Each item is opened and scanned, and the scan reaches you by email. It covers up to 30 items a month, counted by item and not by page. Neither plan forwards post or includes a meeting room.

What the price covers
Every price excludes VAT. The price of items beyond 30 a month and any refund on a 12-month payment are not set yet. Ask before you pay, and get the answer in writing.

Is VAT included in the price?
No. Every price is shown + VAT, so VAT is added on top.
Which plan do I need for an address alone?
"Start" covers the address and ordinary post, with an email notice for each item. Take "Scan" only if you also want each letter opened and scanned to your inbox.
Can I pay for a longer period at once?
Yes. Each plan has a 12-month price paid in one payment up front: EUR 299 + VAT for "Start" and EUR 399 + VAT for "Scan".
